Infrared saunas generate heat through infrared light, which is an invisible part of the sun’s spectrum with the ability to penetrate human tissue. This means the infrared actually permeates deep into your joints, muscles and tissues, speeding up oxygen flow and increasing circulation, thus producing a host of health benefits. Rather than simply warming the air, the infrared sauna therapy heats the body directly. This raises the core body temperature and produces a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, removing impurities from cells, specifically those inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals.

I first discovered ozone in the late 90’s when my father-in-law opened his first ozone sauna business. We truly believe in its effectiveness and all of its varied benefits; we have always kept a unit in our home for personal use — through the years I have implemented ozone to work on my own health issues with Hashimoto’s Disease (autoimmune and thyroid issues). I’ve seen the observable benefits for my personal health journey, and along the way I have learned other ways to maintain and maximize my health by supplementing ozone therapy with the use of infrared sauna therapy, as well as the insufflation methods of ozone treatment — we are excited to add these services for the public now as well!

As a natural caretaker, I love helping and just being with people; I am also a birth doula and plan to continue on that path as well.

I have personally witnessed the health scares or health complaints in friends and family in whom utilizing our ozone equipment truly helped them heal and live a more comfortable life, and I love that I’m able to have a profession I truly believe in!
